Health & Fitness Goals

My Health & Fitness goals include:

  • Making health & fitness a priority and permanent lifestyle change.
  • NO DIETS!  Eat nutritious foods, healthy snack substitutes, and no matter if I eat at home or dine out, make healthy food choices.
  • Drink more water and eat breakfast every day!
  • Exercise for a minimum of 30 minutes at least 3x per week.
  • Complete the Couch to 5k Running Plan.
  • Run my first 5k no later than Fall 2010.
  • Achieve my target weight by December 2010.
  • Maintain my health & fitness habits for the rest of my life.
