What I Love About Spring
It’s officially Spring baby! And I’m thinking pedicures, dresses, and skirts! No more tights! Woo-hooo! You guys know me so well, I don’t even need to tell you what I did yesterday. I’ll just show you my latest acquisitions:

Animal Print Feathered Sandal

Black Jeweled Sandal
I have no idea what I’ll wear them with – yet – but I just had to have them. These babies are so fabulous! And the price was too good to pass them by. Would you like to know where I bought them? Well I thought you’d never ask! 6pm.com is having a weekend only sale on the Nine West brand. All shoes are only $19.99! Now that I think about it, I should have bought 4 pair. A woman can never have too many shoes!
Or is it just me? LOL!
How many pairs of shoes have you purchased this year?

BTW..i love your blog…still trying to get my ish together but im getting there
Believe or not, none! I work from home, so I’ve found my need for clothes and shoes has gone WAY down. My sandals from last year are in great shape. My feet, alas, are not – so it’s time for a pedi. You are so lucky to find so many fabulous shoes – I have a size 5 1/2 foot, so every time I find something I like, it’s not available in my size :-(
I have fun buying spring items for my girls – 11 and 8 are a great age to shop. For me, I’m in the market for some cute tops. Even though I work from home, I’m tired of T-shirts and polos. Happy spring!
Fabulous is the word Girl, I Love them! and only $19.99 you can’t beat that:-)
Well, I haven’t purchase not one pair of shoes yet, but next Thursday is my birthday and I’m going to get me a pair by then.
You are right, a woman can never have enough shoes, I tell my husband that all the time and
he better believe me:-)
Peace & Love!
These shoes are hot.
I’ve bought two pairs of suede boots (they were buy one get the other pair half off), three pairs of heels—all for work, and flip flops in several different colors. (I’m going to Puerto Rico in May and they were only $2.50/pr. at oldnavy.com.)
My sandals are in good shape but I’m all about good deals so when I see some I like and can really wear, I’ll undoubtedly grab them. I got my first pedicure of the year while we still had snow on the ground, but I’m seeing someone. I am actually due for another one. It’s still tights weather here for probably a bit longer, but HE sees my feet all the time. ;-)
Thanks Single Ma…I hadn’t purchased any until I viewed 6pm.com. I purchased two pairs of shoes and guess what…They were not in my budget for this week. Shame on me. However, I’m very please with my purchase. :-)
Sadly, none. I’m looking thru my closet and I cannot even remember the pair of shoes I brought. It has been at least six months. I even got a gift certificate and two $10 coupons for DSW. I better cash those soon.
I just checked: One of my DSW $10 coupons expired earlier this month. I think God is trying to tell me something…
I, too, let some DSW coupons expire. I’m more than two hours from one and I don’t usually like to buy shoes online. I’ve bought two pair of shoes this year. A pair of leather, flat boots from Dillard’s originally $110, I got them for $38 and some suede flats from DSW for 20 dollars I probably won’t get to wear until the fall.
I think I’ve bought about 5 pair so far this year. They are all sandals too. Do I feel guilty? Uh, NO! I did manage to skip right on by the shoe section of Macy’s yesterday!
I bought one pair, Faryl Robin blood orange color snake skin print leather pumps that just screamed at me, at $57 they were really a steal since this brand runs about $200+ per pair. that is like spending $20 per month since January, so I am at peace about it. Handbags are however totally different story……………………………….(Long long period of silence followed by the head bowed in an embarassment). What I started doing is purchasing a bag, keeping it for a few days, finding anything possible wrong with it and then sending it back. works much better than just denying myself the purchase all together. and of course I pick the sites where shipping is free and sending back is free as well or where I can take it directly to the store.
Nothing. No shoes. No clothes. No jewelry. No handbags, (it hurt when Nordy’s had a 40% off sale on a badass Michael Kors bag, but I sniffled and moved on). Nothing.
See what your good example has done to me? And all I can muster desire for is a nice mani…
No shoes in the recent past – but I did buy a handbag over the weekend. I am bringing it back though. It’s really cute but I realized it just doesn’t have enough pockets. The search for the perfect bag (that doesn’t cost a weeks salary) continues. And I really don’t have many shoes at all – I work at home so I don’t have a huge need for them. It’s usually just sneakers and sandals for me. Of course, I do want to hit up the stores to get some cute new sneakers at some point. :-)
These are great and chic pairs!Nice thrift shopping! Thanks for sharing this!
*big sigh* I made it past this towering splash of temptation. Thanks for using up my willpower! And that was even after I realized that they only had two pairs in 5.5, so they wouldn’t have fit perfectly anyway.
No shoe purchases… i’m considering replacing some of my wardrobe at this point… I think when you get 15 years out of a piece of clothing it’s great, but things DO wear out eventually! :) As far as shoes, my basics all need a replacement, from running shoes to black heels to motorcycle-worthy to maryjanes… it’s a chore i am dreading. Shopping for shoes is never fun for me! I put it off as long as possible.
I haven’t bought new shoes in almost a year. The closest is co-opting my daughter’s outgrown shoes.
