Thank you for reading and your point is well taken, but please believe me when I say I don’t care. Unless I “ask” for an opinion, I really don’t care what someone else thinks about my choices. I said what I said and I meant it. I love (and prefer) to work for WHITE MEN and I don’t care who disagrees. I did not state it as fact, but it is MY preference based on MY experience. Another person’s opinion will not change that.

At any rate, opposing views are always welcome (i.e. you may prefer to work for black women because…you don’t like working for white men because…you don’t have a preference because…you prefer not to state your preference because…those are opposing views), but telling me what I should or should not say/do on my blog is not and never will be acceptable. Let me first say I LOVE your blog. I read it all the time. You sound like someone who I would have known back in the day when I was growing up in northern NJ. Secondly congratulations on your new job. I hope to be making a similar move very soon. I’ve been compelled to comment before, but your comment about working for “white men” was too tempting for me to pass up. I work for a white man, who, on any given day starts out as Dr. Jekyll and then unpredictably turns into Mr. Hyde. Although this is not my main reason for leaving, this is unacceptable behavior that has been previously brought to his attention. I have never worked for someone who exhibited this behavior and I hope to never experience or witness this again in my next job.
