Happy Valentine’s Day

valentines.jpg

I guess.

I’m single, so forget all that lovey dovey stuff! Y’all couples make me sick! LOL I like being a rebel, so I want to use this day to find something to complain about. Ha!

Ok, let’s see what I can drum up:

  • Mr. Eye Candy is back but he’s at an offsite meeting all day. We spoke on the phone last night and he didn’t insinuate any plans. I was going to mention it but changed my mind.

Now I’m single AND sad.

  • If I told you that I only have $150 to last the next 3 weeks, but I have plans to attend a wine festival and I want tix to the MJB concert. Oh, groceries and gas are kinda important too.

Maybe I should admit that I’m single AND sad AND broke. *smh*

But this is supposed to be a happy day, so I’ll roll with it.

Happy Valentine’s Day!

I guess…

I am single and broke too, but I am going to buy myself some chocolate. LOL! Actually my sweet kids made me a card, that is the best valentine. Plus my sweet mom sent me a card and is having the boys make dinner for me. That is love. -Becky

I am single and broke, too (not trying to relish in it, but just being honest)! Maybe, I’ll place something extra in my savings as a note of love to myself…and my finances.

    *smiles*

This is one of the best days of the year for a guy to be single. You save a bunch of money by not having to buy all that Valentines Day CRAP! I think you should make it valentines day every day of the year for your spouse, partner, boyfriend/girlfriend etc.

No Sadness, no sadness…this affords you/us the opportunity to be creative! :)

What can we do for ourselveswhen money & significant others are scarce? it’s up to us to find out! lol Based on what I hear on a daily basis on news, and at work-I’m glad for this time in my life that I’m single. I have my moments, but I do know we’re blessed too!

I was all set to get a Valentine’s Day update from you for my blog… but I guess I was in my own slump over here, along with a kid who’s in bed with the flu. My dad brought us cupcakes. Aaaahhhh.
