DC, Maryland, and Virginia Voters
You made me so proud today!
Despite the cold, wind, rain, sleet and black ice, we made it do what it do:
Obama wins 3 primaries for delegate lead:
WASHINGTON — Barack Obama powered past Hillary Rodham Clinton in the race for Democratic convention delegates Tuesday on a night of triumph sweetened with outsized primary victories in Maryland, Virginia and the District of Columbia.
His victories were by large margins — he was gaining about 75 percent of the vote in the nation’s capital and nearly two-thirds in Virginia. In Maryland, he was winning close to 60 percent.
According to the Associated Press, WE changed the tide. Senator Obama leads with the most delegate votes for the first time in this campaign.

Go Barack Go! I am a white woman from Iowa who broke with the demographers and caucased for Obama – I am so excited to see he’s taken the delegate lead!
Girl you were NOT kidding about the black ice! I live in Upper Mont Co, and me and my significant other almost did not make the polling spot despite leaving work early.
But we managed! Obama is laying some serious ‘bama and making it rain…(wait wait…we don’t need more rain!)
