Since I put in my notice, I'm helping them fill my position by interviewing some people. They hint around about office culture, but they don't ask good enough questions for me to give them a decent answer. I'll always be honest, but I'm not going to reveal some aspects about the job unless I'm asked. The sample questions you gave in #2 are great.
