Even bettter yet you'd probably like doing business with companies who hire people from other countries who can't speak a bit of english who they direct all your calls to when you call to get info on your account. And to answer your question, I actually tried to open an account with them. I'm always willing to support Black Business. But after all the technical difficulties, I said FORGET IT! Those mitches don't need my money if I have this much trouble just trying to open a simple account. I didn't have that trouble with Ing. It was like 1.2.3... Abracadabra... and my account was open. I even use Ing Direct for my investment club bank account. It's also nice having the sub accounts on there. I'll take less potential interest earnings over guaranteed headaches ANY DAY!
